I would like to have a flash game developed. The game will be the casino game of Blackjack.

The game will be used for promoting websites so I would to be able to add a company logo on the table, and place a (clickable) banner ad at the top of the game. Perhaps even have rotating ads?
The developer will need to explain to me how to make these changes and how to repackage the game for redistribution.
