When showing products, show availability based on a new MySQL field.
If not available, shows a message
In checkout.
The client is asked if he wants to take the item from a physical store or the seller should ship it.
a) If the client select the item to be shipped.
The client is asked is the shipping address will be the same of the address in his details. If not, then ask those details.
b) if the client select to take it from a physical store:
