I need a master website marketer to promote my site to homeowners in 2 US Metro Areas, Phoenix AZ and San Diego CA.

Sites are listed and crawled on a regular basis.

Just flat need numbers of unique visitors.

This is not your average just cause a lot of spam hits from accross the globe type of thing.

I need a perminate plan. Not SEO but link building, forums, blogs, etc etc etc.

Please give me information on how you would do this.

Will want to do a trial and based on results, will be ongoing and with a lot more sites.

Please, this is not a job for the new and learning.
