I need someone to create a website that will be used to promote night club events at various venues.
Initially, I will need a holding page with a blue and yellow colored design, which will show what the company (Vegas Baby) does, and the contact details.
Straight away after this, we would like the full sight created (we need a page up ASAP so we can go out and get sponsors).
The main sight will include the following:
• Main Page. The home page will feature a news feed on the latest updates to what is going on within the company and what their future plans are. An MP3 plgin to allow music to play on the main page. A register/ login area which allows people to access the booking area. From this page, their will also be links to other websites, selected by Vegas Baby. The main page should also link to sponsors and sites such as DMC. All buttons should have hover over animations that make the page stand out.
• Event Tour. This section is expected to be the main part of the website, providing extensive information and pictures of the latest running tour, with details of what will happen at the event and what special offers and costs there are assosiated to the event. This page will have an emphasis on web design, rather than functions as these will be found in different locations on the website.
• Register Page. This page will collect and store information for individual users into a database. The information can then be used to sell to marketing companies etc. We will provide a list of fields that we would like in the register form. Once registered, people will be allowed to access a members area. The register page will be linked to a creation of marketing databases, to be sold to companies. There should be a script so that it is a simple operation to extract data from the database and turn it into CSV files.
• Contact Us page. This section will tell visitors how to contact Vegas Baby, including contacts for consumers & companies such as nightclub venues. The contact us script will be provided by someone else, so it is just a blank page required here.
• Booking Area. This page will link to a login box which then leads to the booking area. This page will include a booking system to allow students to reserve a place in the night club. They will pay the entrance fee on the door, so no payment system required. The system will be used to create an attendance list for the doorman to use to allow people in. An automated email will be sent to the student that they can print off to show they have booked their place. As the user is signed in already to get into the member area, they will not need to leave any further information when they book on an event. The booking system will be provided by someone else, but a blank page is required for it.
• Event Gallery. This page will display a slide show of pictures from previous events. It will have an automatic slide show, but also with controls at the bottom of the gallery (this doesn't have to be a script you have created, but you must have permission to use it).
• Site Map. This section contains an overview of the site to allow visitors to quickly find and link to the section/information they are looking for.
• Merchandise page. This page will display merchandise that is available at the events and the cost and size available for each. (Pictures will be provided by us at a later date, when merchandise is made)
The design should be similar to http://www.popyacherry.com/home.html, but not in flash. The colour scheme should go with the attached poster.
