- Description: I'm looking for a coder to create a small utility that allows to delay the startup items so that windows loads faster. This is extremely easy to accomplish. I'll be providing the source to read startup items and the source of the application on the attachment.Additional Info (Added 12/19/2008 at 4:19 EST)...I believe some bidders are failing to see the simplicity of this project, it's basically read/write registry values and launch applications - how more easy can it be?
