I hired someone from Elance to create a user friendly database in mysql to be able to add the following at a click of the button..

Layouts,
glitters,
graphics,
images,
and many more..

However the site is completely dynamic.. My main pages to edit are... main.php, menu.php, and a few others... I am used to header.php, footer.php and index.php

I need the main pages of the sites overall look to be easily modified by me..

I would like to open up a page in notepad and/or dreamweaver and add stuff easily (not to the database) but to add generators or flash toys or a new chat box. ect.. with ease...

You must be familiar with Myspace resource sites to get this project..

Please explain how you will make the main pages of the site easy for me manage..
