My requirements are specific. Please bid ONLY if you can complete all of these. Please be clear in quoting your bids saperately for module one and two. Please also answer questions asked at end of module one and two.
Module One
1. You should be in India.
2. For me, create a new gmail id with any name of your choice.
3. Create a new adsense account with any name of your choice by creating a new blog anywhere.
4. Run your blog and get adsense account activated. Google will send you pin, receive it and activate your adsense account.
5. Open bank account in any nationalised bank on payee name. Get its cheque book, atm card, debit card, internet user name and password.
6. Now you can provide all above with their respective passwords etc.
A. user id and password of gmail id
B. user id and password of adsense account
C. user id and password of blog
D. bank account number, cheque book, atm card, debit card, its internet user name and password etc etc.

How many days you need total to send me all things?
In which city you are located and what is your phone number?
Module Two
1. I can give you a domain name and server space. You need to create a site on any subject of your choice, and add adsense in that.
2. You need to make a good earning from that site's adsense.
3. Whatever you will earn in that adsense account, that all will be yours.
4. Besides this, I will pay your fees also for giving me this site.
