  • Description:
We are currently in need of someone who has experience with form development for Dot net Nuke (DNN). We currently want to develop process oriented forms using an existing module we have called H2O. This module is used to create forms and process flow. The details of the module for form development can be found here http://www.dnnforms.com/. We are wanting to develop forms to submit our new employee information into the form and post to existing sql tables. We also need another form to look up current employees and do changes to the employee records and save the changes back to the tables. We also are wanting to develop a time off request form (process flow which the employee would fill out and once submitted would email us a notification one was submitted. We would log in and approve or deny it with option to add comments. Once it was approved it would send an email to the employee telling them their request was approved and also an email to us with an outlook calendar item so we can add to the time off calendar. If the request was denied it would send an email to the employee telling them that your request for time off was denied. This is a general description we can refine it for more detail to the developer who wishes to take on this project.
Additional Info (Added 12/18/2008 at 12:17 EST)...
We are also open to any other modules etc to be used to accomplish this task.
Additional Info (Added 12/19/2008 at 10:10 EST)...
It would also be helpful if using another solution to know we plan to add other forms in the near future which would be process enabled.
Additional Info (Added 12/22/2008 at 0:40 EST)...
After speaking with the developer of the module I referenced in initial description (H2O)to create forms. The part of the task (posting part of form results to two separate sql tables) is not possible unless modify source code). So at this point I would be open to another solution.

One solution would be another DNN module we do have the source code for called NukeFlow Dynamic Forms & Workflow 4.0 available at http://www.gulf-technology.com/Modules/PortalWorkflow/AboutNukeFlow/tabid/104/Default.aspx
Souce code would need modified to accomplish what we are asking. But this is just one solution. But our goal is to have a workflow enabled forms and the ability to add more in the future.

I would like to get started on this ASAP. So when you PM me please give brief outline of the solution you propose.
