	Description:	I need to take a copy of my current database and make a copy of just the database part to place on a different domain. I also need to add a couple of access levels to the current database and make some minor changes. Including cleaning up the look a little to make it more user friendly. (NOT a major overhaul just a minor look adjustment changes) The current database is triggered from a form on a replicated website..I need to change that for the new domain, and allow it to pull up a new form to create with a click of button. The Database needs to create a pdf document with a click of a button (some of this programming is there) Time is of the esscence.
