Site charactirization

1.at the basis its an Updatable Open Source CMS with products gallery
2.Composition of the site is based on CSS/XHTML without tables . designs for the homepage , inner pages and sub-categories ( explained in the rest of the document).
3.A posibility to edit TITLE and META tags of all pages for SEO purposes.
4.Every element in the main menu is a link, and will display a related graphic element, which will be shown once the viewer is under the specific category .
5.LOGO – on all site stages clicking the logo would lead to the home page.
6.System should be able to produce URL links which will include product category / name .
7.Elements that appear on all pages : flash logo + contact info (picture), main menu ( has a dropdown menu on one of the categories - explained below ),breadcrumbs , right side category list , upper left container ,footer.

area that would get picture or flash(when there's no data banner should be empty),
upper left container with product and text (product chosen by admin in CP) , ticker .
About us:
contains some text about the company and a 5 products container ( each product is
chosen indivisually via CP and links to the specific product page) .
Main Categories Pages : (each category in the right list has a leading page)

banner container – will have jpf or flv capabilities
container with 2 fixed tabs – titles of tabs are bald , editable , container contains
enlargeable product pictures with left right advance buttons . And some text about the
picture pictures chosen via CP , model name
contact mini-form – name , phone , email , comments ( 1 line ) , check box for
newsletter and a send button .

Want to sell page:
same template as the about us page.
Ways to arrive :
same template as specific product page – instead of product there would be an
enlargeable map.
Contact us page:
a contact form similar in design and color to the contact box in the dress page ,
obligatory fields are :name , phone , email ( form checks valid mail address )
other form details ( not obligatory ) are : let me know when this product arrives ( one
line comment ) , comments ( few lines box container ) , check box for newsletter , send
button .
Approval Page :
after clicking on send button either in dress page or in the contact page , user would get
to this individual URL .

THE MANAGMENT SYSTEM : should include the following characteristics
wyswig editor for texts .
text color changes .
Italic, Underline , Bold , Hyperlink.
products management.
picture galleries management.
page titles , description and URL management.
sites pictures ALT should be editable.
dynamic XML sitemap updatable.
Management system wont let adding more categories in the right category list
management system wont let adding new templates to site , or let preview before adding page to site .

psds's and translated jpg's with explanations will be provided upon approval of coder

Site is in hebrew language , which means databases and codes must have utf8 rtl capabilities .
