I need a script that will:

1)allow a site viewer to , pay for the amount of time they want there banner to show on your site (via paypay)

2) Add banner to a list of banners to display, after payment is confirmed.

3) Be able to track if payment is current every 30 days or period in which the advertiser chooses. If payment is not updated then banner should remove it self.

4) Once banner is added to the list of banners to be show, then it should be included into a banner rotation script. Where the banners will rotate everytime the page reloads.

5) Each banner impression should track how many times per day it is shown.

6) Banner code should be able to run as an include file , so that I may place it anywhere I want on the site.

7) Needs a simple banner admin, so that I can see impression numbers, and whos banner is about to expire.

I can draw a step by step way the script should work as well if you require.

The banner rotator must be able to rotate iframes as well as regular banners.
