We need a javascript function very similiar to Amazon.com's Add to Wish List button that will take a product title, description, image, price, and URL from a page and submit it to a php script on our site. The user will be given instructions on how to add the link to their browser window and while on any given page, when the link is clicked, a form needs to popup taking default information from the page and providing an easy way for the user to modify any of the information including selecting the correct image to use. The function needs to allow for easy customization of size, color scheme, image paths and path to submission script. We also need to pass a unique identifier for the user so we can help identify which user is adding the item. That needs to be an argument in the function call. Amazon's example is very, very close to what we need and should be used as a basis of what we are looking for.
