I need a software that will generate a standard video. The video will have an intro, which is a solid color background with some text, a slideshow, which shows a number of images at equal interval, followed by an outro, which is also a solid color background with some text. The software must accept a background music, which will lower in volume on the start of the slideshow and increase back in volume at the start of the outro. The software must also except a naration which will play during the slideshow. The naration determines the length of the slideshow.

I do NOT need a video editing software. I want a software that will except a number of parameters and generate a standard video for me. The software should have a GUI interface which will accept the parameters, and a simple "Generate" button to create the video. The software should also be able to connect to an sql server and retrieve all the videos that should be created and do so as a batch process. Of course, do mark completed videos with the completion date in the SQL table(s).

These are the parameters:

1. Watermark - A text that will be show throughout the entire video
2. Intro words (text) - Words to be shown on the intro
3. Intro length (no. of seconds) - How long the intro will be (in seconds)
4. A collection of images (X number of images - jpg, gif or png) - which will make up the slideshow after the intro. They will be shown at equal length (in seconds) from one another. The length of the slideshow will depend on how long the naration is.
5. Naration (wav or mp3) - the background naration to be played during the slideshow.
6. Outro words (text) - Words to be shown on the outro
7. Outro length (no. of seconds) - The duration of the outro
8. Intro background color
9. Outro background color
10. Background music (wav or mp3) - To be played through the entire video. Lowers in volume on the start of the slideshow and increases back at the beginning of the outro.

The output must be in MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio.
