I need to have a Flash website built.
The design is complete for every page, it simply needs to be built.
The front page will have some Flash effects, and there needs to be a creative Flash loading graphic (probably a glass of alcohol being filled).
The other pages will have very basic Flash elements.
Please be very creative and ready to present your portfolio before receiving this project.
