Proxy Program Altering

Easy task for programmers

combine program 1 and program 2 together when executed
(both programs are under half meg)

When executed it would run program 1's tasks first then program 2's tasks.

Program 1
proxy program using dymanic IPs
Connection status dialog pops up and a lock icon will appear
(I want it all to be hidden but running in the background until "x")

Program 2
browser window using real IP
This connects to a specific website,
in browsing mode, right clicking and both shift keys are not yet disabled, I would like you to work on it as well, adding provided logo, functional forward, and backward buttons would be great.

This is an easy task for programmers but we need it fast!
