We currently run a small, up and coming video site catering for a niche market in Europe and wish to expand our online prescence and extend our sites functionality and reach.
The current site uses PHP Motion V1, a WordPress section, an Event Calender section and some static pages.
If all goes well and we are impressed with your work we will be happy to consider you for all future projects.

Specs and description of required work:

Completely new site design*

Logo overhaul (print + web)

Porting, extension and upgrade of current site features such as our own tv-schedule system, event calender, links pages and various other static sections

Porting existing video + user files & databases

Add online store section for us to manage merchandise sales

W3C Compliant + Fully optimized for SEO and cross browser compatible

Ability to easily run pre, post and mid roll video advertising**

Preferably use JW Player

Multi-tier user levels within the site (admins, authors, artists, moderators etc)

Selected video + audio content to be Podcast-able and have multiple RSS feeds

We need a dynamic server-side xml sitemap generator

Various other small aspects of functionality and design, will be detailed further as project progresses

Possibility of developing widgets to extend user functionality***

Ideally bridging PHP Motion, Joomla, an E-Commerce solution and Forum software (phpbb, vbulletin etc).


*Current site needs to be tidied, optimized and given a proper design as it is currently messy and lacking in many areas.

**Not using third party advertising solutions, must be easily configured from our admin panel

We will pay via whichever method is preferred on the following terms to the right candidate, when we are happy to proceed:

25% of total quotation paid at start of project
25% at project mid-point
50% once fully accepted and tested by us

We need full daily progress reports and full contactability via skype, phone and email at all times.
