I need one person to helt me with a picture of a map and make it with arrows etc. This might sound simple, but my truble is that I need this like yesterday. I only require that you can help me ASAP and that you know how to make Flash with ease. I include the picture that you will work with. the "arrows" are supposed to travel uppward. "Big" companies dont need to apply. I would like to work with a single trusworth person. Dont overbid yourself either, its only a single map.

kart_verder_video.jpg show how people in the old time gave signals to each other (a flame on top of a mountain where a signal of intruders). this picture is where the signals where. I would like a "signal" to travel upward. each signal will be a smal flame.

kart_veder.jpg is the picure you will work from

the flash will be 1600 x 900 wide. the whole picture will move upward with the "signals".

NEW INFORMTION: This is only a "video" type flash. No interaction. it will only go for 20 sec or so.
