I am currently designing a simple content management program for my users. I need an absolute php, mysql expert to help me finish the program that I have designed.

1.Layout Change
I have three different layouts I would like my customers to be able to choose from. They click on a layout and it changes the content of their website to the new layout including all the admin pages. I beleive the code may be something like "if template = 1 if else etc... This should change the layout to the two live pages index.php and pages.php and all the template view pages in the admin (8 or 9) pages. I would like this to be easy enough that I could add more layout in the future without me coding too much.

2.Insert pre-defined css style into current layout
This section would take a database record ID from css that the user chooses and replace/copies the information to record ID 0. This should change all the colors/text/styles throughout the website and they could edit from there.


3. Move links up/down or left/right and page active/page not active.
My custom pages will need two fixes. One is to be able to change the order of the pages up/down which also affect the live pages. This enables user to sort their links in the order that they want.

Show page / no show page.
This is to change the control of a page being active or not active. Will show on website or will not show.

4. Fix logout.
I can't seem to fix the logout without getting an error.

5. Make program easily movable from one account to another. I want to be able to install the program on any account on my server without having to change code and integrate to the new account such as can't find home/www/test/ (can't find file).

All of the issues mentioned above are all ready or almost ready to integrate and make the three sections of my program work. Basically this project would be to integrate and fix a few things that I can't do as a programmer.

Live view has two pages because I didn't know how to pull up the initial content from the index page without getting a blank page.

The custom page that refers to "3. Move links up/down or left/right and page active/page not active." is "custom pages link on menu"

Template link is where I need to add the layout selector and the css insert. Links are already added I have already create the pages to integrate.
