Looking for a long term programmer or team to build a Java Isometric Game Engine based off of Table Top Games / Trading Card Games

Project is open to bids.

Game Engine Requirements:

MUST be done in Java
Game will be made in Isometric view
Support chat - Guild/Room/In Game
Support 1 player vs 1 player and 2 vs 2
Support an admin section to build/modify game pieces
On going support to modify the game as it expands.

This is a brief overview of what we're looking for, this is a long term project. You can either bid by whole amount or rate.
