I need a menu system to be built in Flash with the following specs:

1.) Mouseover main menu item (see 1menu.jpg) and submenu opens (see 2-4menu.jpgs). Remains open until:
a.) Close or timeout
b.) Mouseover another main menu item
c.) Select a submenu item (which would load a movie into the content area)

2.) Menu can expand to contain relevant info and include an image and link (see 3 & 4menu.jpgs). Menu expands left or right depending on position in menu.

4.) Reactive and Proactive processes menus are gray instead of blue (see 2-4menu.jpgs).

3.) Mouseover submenus are all css-xml driven

Let me know how much of this can be created with the css/xml driven specs and how much/long it will take to create. I will supply preliminary artwork in Flash. Please let me know if you have any questions.
