Evaluate it on a Fixed Price Model.
Our client's site is HitLab.com. As of today, they are not satisfied with the Media Player on the site. We find it is missing functionnalities.
We would like to add the following functionnalities to the current functionnalities of the player:
Current functionnalities:

- Play, pause, stop
- drag and drop position in time of video or song
- full screen mode
- volume control
New functionnalities:
===============
- Must play either video or audio files
- Player must be in separate popup. When we click on a song, the song is added to the playlist of the player in the popup. There is one player per client.
- Playlist (must be able to add songs to playlist). Instead of switching to new song, the song is added to the playlist and when the current song is finished it passes to the new song in the playlist. Once all the playlist is read, it loops back at the first element of the playlist. It must be possible to change the order of the songs in the playlist.
We then would need to modify the site hitlab.com PHP/Mysql site to change the use of the old player for the use of the new player (change links, remove old player, etc.).

If the cost and work is satisfactory, we have many other projects that we will be interested in doing with the lowest bidder but the bidder who best fit the job requirements and experiences.
