I have a new website targeting the UK.

I am looking to target 7 competitive keywords/phrases ONLY at this time for google.co.uk and yahoo.co.uk

I am willing to pay for results only. As such, I will only consider bids with a flat dollar amount for achieving top 20 or top 10 results.

Since I am aware it will take months to achieve results, I am willing to pay a small amount as a deposit(paid thru escrow) after the initial optimization is complete to help the programmer cover basic expenses.

After that, I will maintain funds on the escrow account and only release as results for targeted keywords are achieved. After results are achieved I will negotiate an ongoing maintenance fee to be paid to programmer to maintain positions.

PLEASE ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT PAY FOR RESULTS ON KEYWORDS. I am not interested in paying a monthly SEO flat rate until results are achieved.
