	Description:	I need a Wordpress theme for a new website. The theme must be a simplified version of the original wordpress theme with a simple but specified design. I. The functions I want: 1. Static index.html main page that is a theme page with no content. 2. No automatic dates on the site anywhere. 3. No comments 4. SEO friendly post and page titles so I can use HTML in them without the search engines showing the HTML tags in the search results. 5. No category links. If someone types in the URL of a category then he should be redirected to the main page and not to a list of the posts in that category. 6. No 404. Every unexisting URLs of the page must take the visitor to the main page. 7. No automatically created links anywhere. II. The design I want: 1. The theme must look the same on IE, FF, Opera, Chrome and Safari and it must not fall apart when the visitor zooms in or out of the page or changes the size of the fonts. 2. Theme must be aligned to the center of the screen. 3. There must be a 1px white border around the theme but not on the top. 4. The top of the page must touch the browser. 5. The theme must be divided in 4 major parts from top to bottom: - banner - band under banner - content area - band at the bottom 6. The banner must be a picture named banner.jpg. 7. The title of the blog must be over the banner.jpg aligned to the bottom right with like 20px space from the borders. 8. There must be a 1px white space between the banner.jpg and the top blue band. 9. The theme must have only 1 column. 10. The theme must be 760px wide with borders. 11. The banner.jpg which should be a simple black picture must be 758px wide and 170px high. 12. The blue bands must be 758px wide and 24px high and colored #3d7fa3. 13. On the top blue band there must be a "Sign Up Now!" link aligned to the right underlined and white colored that leads to the main page with a font size that fits the band. 14. The title of pages and posts must be aligned to the center, and not too far from the top blue band, colored #3d7fa3, bold, and around the same size as on the picture I attached. 15. The content must be aligned to the left, with some space from the borders. 16. The bottom blue band must contain underdotted links to Wordpress, a privacy.html and a terms.html like on the attached picture, aligned to the center and to the middle of the band. 17. The background must be colored: #b0c4d5 18. All fonts must be: helvetica, arial, sans-serif See the attached picture. The less CSS you use the better. It's the best if you use a table structure and only use CSS for colors and fonts with easily understandable names. If I'm satisfied with the theme I will write a positive review about you and give you bigger projects later on.
