I need a true WordPress theme expert to finish the coding of my special focus real estate theme. This would be a simple task for a real coding professional, but an almost impossible task for a hacker or amateur. I have had 2 coders work on this project over the past 6 weeks and both of them failed to complete it to a working standard without it malfunctioning or breaking up.

If you can produce this theme to function in a smooth and reliable manner that is consistent with the deign objectives then please submit your bid. I require this work to be completed as soon as possible so if you're too busy or think it would take longer than 1 week please don't bid as I can't stand to lose any more time with this project.

Ideally I would prefer for the code to be original hand-coded work that has been specifically written to suit the theme and its functions. In the final conclusion I simply need this theme to work and for the code to be individual and free from copy-cat claims as this will be a commercial theme that many members of my real estate membership site will be using for their CMS sites.

You may structure your submission for this project in whatever manner you feel would produce the best end result. In making your submission you are required to specify which procedure you would use and why you propose such a process. Basically you should be describing how you would be creating the theme and why you would use such method.
I expect that the bids for this project will directly reflect the degree of work involved in producing the end result, therefore, instead of crazy submissions, I expect intelligent based bids that are measurably relevant to the work and skill involved.
