    I need a script that will take a list of proxys and check to verify if they are working, there anon level, and there location. Then apply a given filter to weed out the unwanted from the list.

    I then need it to test a url from a given list to see what response it gets and obviously mark those for deletion.

    I dont care if its serverside or pc based, however if it is server based you will need to show me how to install as im not that gifted with computers and for pc it will need to support using a proxy

    Im going to be using it with fairly large lists so i would like it to be fast and easy to use.

The location part would be hard to implement as we need to subscribe to a service that does that, that will cost you, the rest is no problem. My offer for a desktop based solution (NOT WEB).
