We'd like a clone of nothingtoxic.com
The clone must have all of the features dumpalink has, including creating a user account, the ability to submit a video (with an admin panel to review videos, add/remove categories, and add/remove videos) as well as a looking and somewhat customized flash players.
Please note all the features nothingtoxic has... we'd like it all (Games, categories, most popular videos, most viewed, referrers, having it leave a watermark on videos, etc). Upload must support several formats as well.

It may be wise for you to list everything you will include.

Also, we know some of you already have these scripts, so if it will save us money that is a big plus.

In addition to this, it must be coded in CLEAN PHP/HTMl.

We'd also pay to get a design if you're a good designer (or we'll hire someone else).

We'd also like to get it all pre-populated, so if you can write parses to grab lots of videos to populate the site that'd be great.

A few more notes: I have my own servers, and can obviously get anything that needs to be installed installed. Also, conversion must be run on my servers.

Additionally, by games I mean just flash games. I have another website with alot of flash games, and we can just import those.
