I am setting up a business that will sell flying lanterns online.

However, given this is a business already operating in the same market, it would need to be different from a visual perspective (but in a similar style)
I would need a main css template (like the above site home page) that I will use for all content pages but also a similar style shopping cart that I need to integrate into Google checkout.
In other words, I want to
a) - Mirror the current look and feel of the above site, but make it unique enough so that it could not (in any way) be considered a "copy". Therefore, some design concepts and examples would be required. Each template would require a Navigation, main content and footer content section.
b) - Design a new logo that is in keeping with the new site design (company name is Fly Away Lanterns)
c) - Create shopping cart templates and functionality and integrate to google checkout (although, I could upload this part as a separate job) if required. I have a google checkout Merchant account.
I appreciate that the above is not the most detailed of requirements, but I am very open to guidance on design, therefore, have left the requirements open in order to bring out some recommendations.
The only absolute requirements that must be met are
1) – Deliver clean cross browser compatible CSS templates, with areas for main content, navigation and footer content.
2) – Shopping cart templates mirroring functionality of the above site. This will be integrated into Google checkout, but I will require recommendations on how best to run the checkout system. (i.e. enable customers to purchase items (or multiple items), calculate shipping and pass into google checkout for payment etc. This could be uploaded as a separate job once templates have been delivered (if necessary). Please indicate when bidding.
