Site to include the following features:

Two sections of the site: Media Store and Members Area

Both areas include mov, mpeg, wmv, powerpoint, and image files with previews in flash for movie files.

Media Store allows users to sign up and purchase files with paypal or authorize.net and receive automatic download links via email.

Members Area requires a monthly or yearly subscription via paypal or authorize.net.
In Members area, files are freely downloadable but only to members who have subscribed.

Prices and specials for the members area should be easily configurable.

For the MediaStore, allow people to sign up as "Producers" to be able to add content to the store under their own username. Each Producer has their own separate account. This would allow them to take a percentage of the profits from their products configurable by the admin per Producer.

For uploading files, movie files should be automatically converted to the other 2 types offered, as well as the flash preview and thumbnail.

Upon uploading of files, they are added to a queue where an administrator must approve them. Upon approval they are automatically added to the store. Members area is only available to admin for adding content since there are no prices per item.

Both sections of the site should allow for easy customization of categories and allow easy editing and moving of products.

Users should be able to vote on products once they are registered, and voting should be in both sections of the site.

Subsections of the site are to include a blog which can be posted to by the admin, a way to add other pages of html content, as well as adding video tutorials and a live help area for support.

Site should be easily customizable with different themes as well as css.
