Brief: I need a events system + phtoto gallery setup with a easy to use admin area.

If you view www.clubplanet.com you will see how I would like my featured events section to function.
If users pay a certain amount (via paypal) then their Flyer goes to the top of the List in 2 sections! 1st section is the (ALL) and second is the day of the event.

For my site the "ALL" is the 7events I want in the featured section box. when you click on the Day of the week in that box you get taken to the events section.
