I'm looking for someone who has experience with developing and working with wordpress and plugins.

This is a easy and simple plugin for an experience wordpress developer.

What I'm looking for is a wordpress plugin that will check when a user logs into their wordpress account and release content base on what the admin set the option too.

Here is a better picture of what I need done:

1) Admin sets up several articles to be released 1 every 7 days or so to users or what ever days he sees fit.
2) User must be a member of the blog in order to see content.
3) Plugin checks the user login database for that name and release article/content set by the admin.
