Before I go into the details of the script needed, please no I need this complete, if there are any images needed in what you propose you need to provide them or let me know upfront if I have to provide it.
Same with any databse info, etc.

Now to the project, which is nothing unusual.

We simply need a search script on our page that allows users to find one of our remote offices.

We do have a couple offices outside of the United states, so it needs to accommodate for this.

I want the people to be able to either just enter a zip code, and it will show the results of who is in their area. Sine we do not have a lot of offices, if there is not someone within 100 mile of their zipcode, then the script needs to pick the three closest offices and list them, plus give an option to contact our home office.

We only have 18 places to enter right now so I will enter them in, or you can import as I have them in an excel document.

We will need to be able o add more locations as we expand.

You will need to do this completely. That means if you need the database that searches on zipcode or latitude longitude, then please have it, or let me know if I have to get it.

I need to see an example of a script you have done like this, the front end and the back end.
