What I need is a clone of The Cold Wars game (http://www.thecoldwars.com). It needs to have an administration panel capable of adding and removing nations as well as the ability to change the names of units, currencies, etcetera easily. Must also include the current market system with the change that items added remain indefinitely. Also will need a new feature...the black market. From this, users can add UU's, game dollars, attack turns, covert turns, and even market turns for real cash. Black Market will require that whatever is sold be sold for an even dollar amount and will require a 10% listing fee from the seller. Other players can purchase listed items from sellers using their paypal account. Should also have an SS setting (Supporter Status). This will make the supporting player elligible for the round prize and increase their game dollars by 100,000,000,000 * cost of package (cost set in the administration panel). No payments will be made until game is completely finished and has undergone a 6 month testing phase. If please with the resulting product and service received, you will be our primary coders for all future projects and elligible for profit sharing bonuses (bonus applied if the price for the initial coding of this program is reasonably low).
