I have recently acquired a web design firm and have more projects than I can handle so I am looking to build relationships with programmers and designers I can rely on. If you do an excellent, professional job with a fast turnaround time, I may invite you to work on many future projects. Communication is very important. At the beginning of each business day I will need for you to respond to any questions and change requests and at the close of each business day, I need a status report detailing what has been completed, what you are working on, and the expected time to completion. I will set up FTP for you to upload changes daily including changes to source files.

Your bid should include unlimited revisions until the end client is happy. Although I will define the project as well as possible, the end client may change their mind and may ask to see other colors, variations or changes as the job progresses. This may be one part of a larger project and even if you have been paid in full, some changes may be required until the end client has signed off completely.

I will retain all rights including copyright. You may not use this project in your portfolio. No materials provided to you may be used for any other purpose than for completing this project. You must destroy all passwords and confidential information from your computer once the job is completed. In no case should you ever contact the end client directly. Please contact me using the contact information I will provide to you upon acceptance of this project.

I need this flash header template customized:

I will provide the template including the source file and all images required.

Changes include:
Add an additional button needs to be added to the menu bar
Client's text will be substituted on buttons
The same mouseover effect should be retained
A drop down menu will be created for each button
(a single level, drop down menu for each button)
All menu items will be linked to the specified page
The links (Homepage, Sitemap, FAQ) will be removed
The logo will be changed to the client's logo
A periodic moving "shine" effect will be applied to
the logo
The three "bullet points" will be changed to four and the text
and graphics provided by the client will be substituted
The picture of the man will be changed to client's picture
When the home page is first opened, the picture will start out black and fade in instead if the current effect.

Important: When the template is finished, I need a smaller copy for the interior pages of the site. It will be an exact copy but the content at the bottom will be removed and substituted for smaller content provided by the client. The vertical height of the flash template shall be reduced.
