	Description:	I need someone to modify open source xvid codec and make a new codec out of it. You don't need to change much. Videos encoded with the new codec should be able to opened only with the new codec, that's it. Codec should be able to run under Windows. Here is the xvid codec: http://www.xvid.org/Xvid-Codec.2.0.html Additional Info (Added 12/16/2008 at 22:08 EST)... I don't understand why I am getting such high bids. I need only a small modification. A few line changes in the xvid open source code. So that the video only opens with the new created codec.
