Web Site template using Smarty

- Description: I need a template created using Smarty the php template engine.
The template is for a computer game video clip site and uses the php melody software from phpsugar.com
The default template is for a music video site so the theme of the template needs to change to suite a gamer site.
I can supply a copy of the software and the default template but this software is not licenced to be installed on the Internet, only a local test server and must be deleted after the project is completed.
I do not want a modified default but need a completely different look to the site.
Please do not bid unless you are familiar with the Smarty template engine.
