- Description: I need help in converting ASP application to ASP.NET.
Right now the application runs fine when called from an .asp pages. When called from .ascx I get errors. I must run/call the application from .ascx files, as it's the header of all pages of the website.
The application is an IP Blocker / IP Ban. See attachment.
The author of the application gave me he approval to modify the application.
Additional Info (Added 12/15/2008 at 10:14 EST)...To clarify a few points:
The Task is to convert the program to a control (that will function from a .ascx page).
I’m not a programmer, but I think we need to convert only one page (check.asp). That page checks visitors IP against the database. All other page probably could stay as .asp pages, since they are admin pages.
