I want a blog ping script, the user add a URL to my ping-script in their Wordpress "Update Services" or any other blog platform they use.
When they write something in their blog, my site get pinged, my script saves down a snippet from the blogpost and links to the posts. (link example: Read the full blog post here...)
It should also take the title of the blog post and use every word as a tag. So I can have a pages on my site where I display posts sorted after the tags.
The frontpage of my site should show snippets from the latest posts.



Extra features i need:

* If the blog post contains some words I got in my blacklist, the blogpost will not be used on my site.

* I would also like to be able to ban URLs and part of URLs.

* I want to be able to delete posts.

* Tag-filter, I don't want to use common words like "and","or","this".... for tags.

* I want my visitors to be able to fill in their URL of their blog in a textfield on my site for manual pings.
(the script need to be able to find the RSS/atom-feed if the user post their index.php page for example.

*the script needs to check for dupes so the posts doesn't get used twice.



The code must be secure so it can't be hacked...

I want to work with someone that can add features in the future if needed. (I will pay for this of course, but I don't want to pay a overprice for this)
