--Provide sample report of 100 files from both sites for New York, New Jersey, and Florida to be considered for project. WILL NOT CONSIDER BID WITHOUT SAMPLE OUTPUT.
-- need 1000 file sample outputs for New York, New Jersey, and other states 4 days prior to the deliverable date to check accuracy.
--all outputs must be finalized and submitted no later than Dec 29th, 5pm (EST)
--will pay bonus if finalized and submitted by Dec 22th, 5pm (EST)
