i require an opt in email list around 100.000 upto 1 million

so when you bid state where they are from us,uk,adult,shopping ect
i will check the emails using my bulk email sender you must have at least 90% of valid emails to qualify for payment

i will try all failed emails 3 times

please note payment won't be paid until they have been tested due to the nature off this project
