I need a website which is very similar to

I have seen many Scripts like this ranging from $15-$100 ans FREE ones, but I would also like to see what other developers have in their bags too- soooo

It needs to look nice and modern- xhtml/css and whatevers needed-

The theme (Banner, Background and Buttons) needs to be changeable without problem-

I need to have a Blog and Review sections- but needs to be seamlessly integrated

I also need a section quite similar to the way the overall system works, but this part needs to sell website urls, like a pass to a site that I have found valuable and can sell on to Users for 20cents, 40cents or so. Not Link Exchange though.
So I guess it would be the same system with a few things deleted and tabs changed to customise but still keeping the Image function so that I could do a few screenshots relating to the link(url)-
