Hi, we have a video that we need to have edited to remove visual TV station logo and visual reference to speakers - and audio reference to the speaker's company.

Client is the parent company of the second speaker's company.
Additional Info (Added 12/12/2008 at 14:51 EST)...Further conversations with the client indicate that he doesn't want a blackout or blur of the visual elements or just a blanking of the audio, so please bid based on removal of the visual components (replacement with a different overlay will be ok, but we will have to work out what the replacement visual will be) and careful editing of the audio portion to make it still flow properly. Fades/cuts ok to aid in the audio work.
Lastly, bids will have to be very reasonable, this client doesn't want to spend a lot of cash on this...
