    I need a software to:

    1. Download my emails
    2. Wait 24 or 48 hours
    3. Send out a reply email
    4. With trottle about 400 emails an hour
    5. With a do not send email list feature.

    Also needed is a feature that do not send to the same email more that twice per day.

    Example: Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than 2* times a day.
