We need someone to create a landing page sequence and link to follow up sequence to our CRM (Infusionsoft).

Here are some specifics of what we need:

1. Create very professional looking landing page inviting user to take a free quiz.
2. User completes 20 question, multiple choice quiz, spread out over multiple pages.
3. User then enters name and email address to view quiz results. Results are emailed to user. Email address is also sent to Infusionsoft for follow up series.
4. After entering email address, user is sent to success page showing a simple bar graph of quiz results as well as short video clip which we will provide. This page also will include VIRAL INVITER script, allowing user to invite friends to take quiz. We have viral inviter, but need you to install it.
5. User is then sent to video sales page (we will provide video)
6. User is then sent to 2-step shopping cart in Infusionsoft.

We need you to set up 3 autoresponder email series in Infusionsoft. We will provide the email content, but need you to input them in the system.

1. Autoresponder for those who complete the quiz
2. Autoresponder for shopping cart abandonment
3. Autoresponder for those who purchase product
