    Wish to develop several KML layers for municipal geo-political mapping.

    First step is to establish baseline polling station boundary map to overlay a Google Map. Then build overlays using data from spreadsheets with polling station data. Must be built in such a way that can change baseline polling station boundary map or change spreadsheet overlays.

    To be incorporated into Joomla website.

    Please send demos of similar mapping project that you have done.
