We currently have a project in which we first need a piece of software that will create an MS EXCEL database of Non Repeated RANDOM COMBINATIONS from a list of variables. These variables may be a list of 30 different TEAM NAMES that need to be grouped in combinations of (3)in which no other combination will be the same, nor will the same TEAM NAME be in a single combination. Each combination is assigned a TICKET number and we submit the excel spread sheet to a pinter in which they print tickets to distribute to consumers as a Sweepstakes card.
Then, consumers can use their ticket number to goto our web-site and log in to see their sweepstakes ticket information. Therefore, the excel spread sheet needs to be integrated into the website.
We as adminstrators then assign a SCORE to each of the TEAM NAMES on a weekly basis. So when a consumer logs in to see their ticket, they can also view their current SCORE, as well as current standings in comparison to the other availiable tickets.
We currently have a web site that does this, but our web design team who created this project were a bunch of hacks and made many costly mistakes before we had it up and running. Now, we need other small upgrades to be done, and this team has basicly went out of business and is not returning phone calls.
We need a team to come in and pick up where they left off and help us upgrade from what they had previously done, and help us with our additional needs.
