I need to create a free SMS service like http://www.160by2.com/ (INDIA). It basically allows free sms with Advertising appended to end of sms.

It must work through the CLICKATELL GATEWAY (http://www.clickatell.com) which provides easy to use API.

Mobile Application
* User downloads mobile Java application (.jad) to their phone (see www.cnectd.com) - they enter their phone number and a desired pin, their email address, their age, gender - an activation code is then sent via SMS to the entered phone number which they need to enter on the program to activate their registration.
* The mobile application must work exactly like the one at http://www.cnectd.com/cnectd.jad

Web side
* Mobile site - user logs in with phone number and user selected pin (this pin can be either be created by the mobile application or the user can click new user account on the mobile site and create it)
* User can then send sms to multiple recipients

Admin side (only one administrator login)
* Ability to select which countries SMS can be sent to
* Ability to see registered users - to ban them, to limit their daily send limit (default send limit must be able to be set), to see history of sms's they have sent to
* Create advertiser and enter their advertising slogan to append to the sms, select which countries the advertiser wants to append their advert to sms's, number of SMS's advertiser has bought to append advert to

I need it done in PHP/MySQL.
