Looking for someone with at least 3+ years experience in SEO to bring a brand new website into the Google and Yahoo search engines 1st page for at least 3 keywords and acquire a Google page rank of at least 4. The site is new and has no traffic and no ranking as of now.

Also need the expert to write articles, blog posting, do forum/social network posting, posting, directory submission, and email marketing. Regular progress report is needed.

We also require one way links in related areas to our site. Please advise me as to how many one-way links you can achieve that are targeted to advertising/marketing/email leads. Oneway links with high Google PR will receive extra attention. Need a minimum of 100 links with a Google PR higher than 3.
