I need attached THREE Excel forms converted to PHP forms with its functionalities.

User can enter unlimited number of entries for each forms (example, in Sheet 3 - AR it has only 16 entries for the forms). so ajax for adding more entries will be good. Submitted forms then will need to go into database so other users can view it on their browser. It shows a running total at the bottom of the excel sheet and i want to keep that. but if we break up the records to 50 or so per page, it still want the running year-to-date-total at the bottom even if we are only seeing 50 records at a time. Need to separate AP/AR summary by year.

CALCULATION:
1. Sheet 1 - GENERAL:
Order Amount + Shipping + Sales Tax = GRAND TOTAL
Order Amount - Product Cost = Profit
Plus it keeps a running YTD total of each column at the very bottom

2. Sheet 2:
AP + AP + AP + AP + AP + AP + AP = Total
Plus it keeps a running YTD total of the total column at the very bottom

3. Sheet 3 - AR
No Calculation
Plus it keeps a running YTD total of the "amount" column at the very bottom

When "order number" on general is entered, the order number needs to pre-fill on sheet 2 and 3
