User account creation and maintenance
Blog/RSS aggregator
Shared bookmarks
File library
Job postings
Project - post project and others can submit a bid. Like a simple Scriptlance.
Polls/questionnaires.
Wiki
Competitions
The site should be easily configurable and most likely based on a current solution like Joomla, Drupal etc.
Additional Notes:
* Fixed price bid only.
* You must indicate how you will implement this solution, how long it will take and what server operating system it will run on
* Bad feedback = don't bother bidding.
* Payment via Escrow account only.
* No prepayment ever.
* Bid must be visible, not hidden in the PMB.
