Heavily Modified Facebook Clone
You will be recreating a social network for an existing education site. Its focus is educational resource sharing and group, student and parent collaboration. It will be based on Facebook and will be HEAVILY modified, visually and functionally, and will include features from Ning social networking as well as have other embedded educational applications. The build will need to have a robust administrative area with ad and banner management. Please make an initial bid and then revise your bid once I have provided you with project details through the PMB and have received a non-disclosure agreement. The site will need to be original in design and be 100% copyrighted. Programmers must provide a portfolio of verifiable sites created. Initial review of build will be on your servers with the opportunity for 3 design changes and bug fixes, multiple changes per each opportunity. Completion date agreed upon must be STRICKTLY adhered to. Ongoing build relationship desired for additional applications and site components.
Escrow will be released upon completion of the site build, transferred to my server, and tested.

Due to other commitments I will not be able to provide additional details regarding the scope of this project until late Saturday or Sunday. Please be assured that I will not be making a decision until the end of the project deadline giving all ample time to have as much information possible to make the most competitive bid.
